Mike Bloodworth
A little about me
These challenging times present us with ever more complex problems that require our collaborative efforts to resolve. I believe that we all have the responsibility to lead well, no matter our role, responsibility or job title. I see effective leadership as originating from our ability to critically reflect on our own motivations and behaviours in order to improve our self-leadership and better relate to the people around us and to our outside world.
Working with you, I will bring my 25 years’ experience in developing, managing and leading teams and services to enable you and your organisation to achieve its maximum potential. I have developed a strong belief in social action and social justice born through my career as a manager and senior leader designing, developing and managing large teams and portfolios of social care services across London. I have utilised this experience to provide a range of leadership and management, CPD, project management, consultancy and training to social-work teams and departments, health organisations, educators and private-sector organisations across the UK, in Ireland, the United States of America, China and Australia.
Largely through my Senior Associate role with the Centre For Action Learning, but also as Associate roles with Central Training and Alder Advice I can offer you a range of specialist and bespoke leadership and organisational development options to meet your individual, team and organisational needs.
